How to set up your Clinic Online
Procedure for Doctors:
Register as a doctor/medical institution on
webhealthcentre.com. Registration is FREE and is done by filling in a simple
form online.
Give your user ID to the patients who can visit your
Clinic Online. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PASSWORD.
When you log on as a doctor, you will view your Clinic Online where you can see:
- A list of Pending Consultations for your reply.
- A Drop Down Box with a list of your registered
patients.
The Health and Medical record of any of these
patients by selecting the patient and clicking on the View Health Record or
View Medical Record Buttons.
All Previous Consultations by again selecting the
Name of the patient and clicking on the View Past Consultations Button.
A Note Pad where you can make Notes/Observations on each Patient as and when required by clicking on the Add a Note Tab.
Please Note: ALL INFORMATION ENTERED BY YOU OR YOUR PATIENTS IS STORED ON THE SITE FOR FUTURE USE. ALL INFORMATION IS PASSWORD PROTECTED AND IS ACCESSIBLE ONLY TO THOSE POSSESSING THE USER ID AND PASSWORD.
What you should ask your patients to do;
Your patients have to register themselves on the site
as users. Registration is FREE.
- They have to fill in their health record and medical
record.
- In the space provided for the "Personal Doctors' IDs" ask them to fill in your ID.
When your patients seek a consultation on a specific
problem, ask them to choose your name from the box provided and then fill in
the Consultation Form.
When you answer your patient’s query, the system will automatically send a mail to your patient to say that his query has been answered. He then needs to logon to the site to see your reply.
Procedure for hospitals/medical institutions
Clinic online is an excellent way to manage your patient records. You do not need physical storage space. Retrieval of records is easy. The records can be updated easily. The in built tools will help you keep track of various health parameters of your patients in a user friendly way.
Register your Institution by Filling in the Doctor’s Registration Form as instructed above.
You can register each of your patients by filling in
the health and medical record forms provided online. Registration is currently
FREE. Use the name of the patient as the user ID and allot a password. In the
guest password field, fill in the your institution’s ID
You may give your patients their user id and password
if you would like them to seek online consultations with you. You can on the
other hand choose to keep the medical records of the hospital confidential
and choose not to give your patients access to these.
If you want different Departments in your hospital to
have their records maintained separately you may allot a separate USER ID and
Password for each Department by Registering each of these Departments
separately.
