Do's

Whenever you post a new message or reply to a message, mention your name, correct email address.
As far as possible try to give a brief subject to your message.
Restrict the size of your messages to 7 lines in the box.

Dont's

Do not use abusive or obscene language in your messages. It may offend others who participate in the forum.
Do not append messages with HTML tags.
Abstain from posting junk messages.
Do not post chain replies beyond a certain limit (say 7 replies). After this limit is reached start afresh with a new message.
