Welcome to the Teleradiology Consultation Network. Here you would be able to set up a connection that would enable you to view and report on any imaging modality from wherever you are. Kindly follow the instructions given below carefully and you could have your system up and running in 30 minutes.

1.First identify the machine at the Hospital or Imaging Centre that has the images that you want to view remotely. This is typically a PC that receives the DICOM images from the Modality machine itself. |

2.Broadband Connectivity with Direct Internet access is required to this machine.(If your Hospital uses a Proxy server you need to ask your Network Administrator to give this one machine permission to bypass the Proxy or ask for a separate direct Internet access with an External or Direct IP.) |

3.One you are connected to the Internet access the URL Link |

4.Change your Internet Explorer's Internet Security settings to Low and enable the downloading of all Active X Controls (Internet Options-Advanced Tab). This is to be done just once. Once the download and installation process is over please make sure you turn the Security settings back up to whatever they were before you changed them. |

5. Contact us at admin@webhealthcenter.com to get the Installation file that enables the PC containing the images to be viewed remotely.

6. Once you receive the Installable file through Mail, download the same , run it and complete the Process.Now the Machine setup is complete.

6.The machine using which you want to view the images from wherever you are, say at your home or the airport is the client machine. Open Internet Explorer on this machine after connecting to the Internet using Broadband or high bandwidth wireless data connectivity. Go to Link . Once again repeat the Lowering of Internet Security Settings to Low and enable downloading of all Active X Controls as described in point No.4 above.Raise the settings back up again once the download is complete. |

7.Exit Internet explorer and open it again and come to the URL Link. Login using your User ID and PWD and proceed to view and report on the images. |
